I contacted them on 8/1 as my account logged out and I was not receiving the reset emails. After multiple emails back and forth they finally advised that there was suspicious activity on my account but they were clearing it.
It seems someone changed the email and took over the account. After 23 days and identifying information they advised they cancelled my account and will not accept another account from me They stated I had done unacceptable activity! This was a nightmare. As much as I liked the site this has soured me especially because I couldnt speak to anyone.
I called the number I found and it was a recording saying to email. This was the most frustrating experience and I will never go back to them

Preferred solution: A safer system so someone cannot *** your account. A person to speak to an something other than a canned apology

Ive been billed with different rates three times. I need to speak to somebody about this issue.

Without warning I received emails saying my accounts have been removed for violating terms when Ive been on for years and nothing has happened before. One site hinge which I havent been on in over 5 years said it would take me back if I verified who I was and I did , sent a pic of my license. I was verified the next day all sites associated with matchgroup removed my accounts

When people have a problem and you have to route somebody to your website that's ridiculous phone number have people that you could talk to so they can make the changes or help the people I'm very disappointed I was a member for a long time I just signed up again today and I can't even verify my account through my phone number. I guess it was because I used a different email but doesn't matter as soon as you should be able to help me and do it internally very disappointed

I lost my phone. Then, I got a new phone, I downloaded the Matcg app, could not logg in.
Asked for an new passwoed. I created a new one, but also I ad to set up account. I paid for renewal 22.07, but I do not have acces for them.I ma guessing because of a new app.

Unjust banning of services
They take too long to respond and didn't fix the problem even after a week. It's really hard to reach their customer support.

Hello, Im writing this cause I need to express my frustration. First of all I am major I am 18 years old.
Ive been using tinder before and one day I decided to delete my account cause I didnt feel comfortable on this application few moments after I decided to come back and when I tried to verify my identity, Tinder closed my account, and I didnt understand cause I am absolutely sure that I didnt do anything wrong. I tried to know I texted the customer service of Tinder, and they never gave me the reason they close my account. I told myself that maybe they close the account because the picture that I took to verify my identity wasnt clear. This time I didnt even believed in tinder anymore cause I had some bad experiences there before, so I just took it as it was and I didnt try to get back on this anymore.
Then I knew upward that I was using to in the past, but I left the application because I got into a relationship. Today I tried to get back on it, so I created a new account in few minutes after I started watching the pictures on this application my icons I was being disabled but I didnt do anything wrong. I just decided to get back on it because Im single and looking for a fully Christian and healthy relationship so I just told myself why not. And now close to my account without any reason, I didnt do anything wrong at this point Ive just started using the application so I went online and Ive learned about the time of use so I guess they disabling my account because I had some problems with team do it before because it is the same organization but thats not fair because even with the tinder I do not know why they close my account.
I think its just unfair to Not letting me find love to. I am a good person. I didnt do anything wrong. Im just doing something legal and I think you need more verification before you closing a code for no reason at least try call or email the person before doing things like that because its really frustrating.
I am really trying to get my Upward account because Ive been on this for a minute and I liked it a lot cause I really like the concept and I was really excited to have so much. I have some time for that so this is a little bit frustrating.
At this point I need some activation. Thank you.
